Julie Anne Smith, A.K.A. Julianne Moor is an Hollywood writer and actress that has won critical acclaim for her skills. Sagittarius Born at the state of North Carolina on 3 December 1960. She is one of the three oldest children to Peter Moore Smith and Anne Smith. Peter was a paratrooper. She's English and Scottish. Moore has moved frequently with her family due to the work for her father. It was difficult to make or maintain new acquaintances. Moore was a student at Frankfurt American High School in Germany at the time her parents relocated there. Moore began her career on stage. In 1983 she received a Master of Fine Arts at Boston University. in Theater. Moore's professional career started in New York with Off-Broadway Theater after graduating. She made an appearance on stage in The Edge of Night. She played the roles of Sabrina Hughes and Frannie Hughes in As the World Turns that was her first major role. In 1988, she played an actor in the show, and won an Daytime Emmy Award. In 1990, she made her cinematic debut in Tales from the Darkside: The Movie that she later called the worst low-budget production. Short Cuts (1997) and 3 Women (1993), both Robert Altman productions, were her first film. For the former, Moore won numerous awards as well as praise from critics. Moore received her first film role as a lead on the screen in Safe (1996). In 1997, her career as an actress took a turn as Steven Spielberg cast her to be the main character in Jurassic Park: The Lost World that became one of the top-grossing films in 1997. The film she starred in was Magnolia (1999), which received a favourable review and earned an SAG nomination for her performance. The Hours, a 2002 film in which she co-starred with Nicole Kidman and Meryl Strreep was nominated for 9 Academy Awards. Moore is also featured in The Forgotten (2004), Freedomland 2006, Shelter 2010, etc. Non-Stop was her 2014 film. Moore was a regular in many movies and TV series. The most recent role she has played is in When You Finish Saving the World (2022). She's established herself in Hollywood as well as being a successful children's book author. In 2007, she published Freckleface Strawberry, which became the New York Times bestseller. best-seller, leading to it being made into a series and a musical. Also in 2013 Moore released her novel My Mother Is a Stranger. A well-respected author and actress, Moore's personal life and experiences are public. In 1984 she married John Robin and in 1995 they separated. They have two children together along with Bart Freundlich whom she later married in 2003. Moore is someone who takes pride in her family and career.
